Giving Lobster Rope a Second Life

Out of the Sea Studio was born from a love of Maine, the ocean, and things that have already lived a life. Every piece of rope is weathered by salt water, sun, wind, and time. Instead of sending it to the landfill, we turn it into something beautiful, useful, and lasting.

Our goal is simple: rescue, reuse, and reimagine.

Every piece starts with a rescue.
